All orders within New Zealand are sent via NZ Courier. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Tracking Number via email within 48 hours so you can check the status of your order. Please allow 2-7 days for the delivery to take place.

REST OF WORLD

Please allow 7 to 10 Business days for delivery to take place.

All international orders are sent via DHL e-commerce and are tracked. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Tracking Number via email within 48 hours so you can check the status of your order.

Please note, very few of the countries we ship to charge the recipient of the order with additional custom fees, this depends on your country and you will be responsible for paying the custom fee in order to receive your parcel.

 

Orders are only shipped from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm; if you order in the weekend your order will be processed on Monday. Please be aware of the delay of your shipment during Christmas and public holidays.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address, if you pay via PayPal make sure your PayPal address is current. If the delivery address is incorrect and your products are returned to us, you will be charged with a shipping fee in order for us to resend your parcel.

All prices are in NZ Dollars on this website, unless you choose a different currency using our currency convertor. You can convert the total cost into your own currency yourself at www.xe.com

All orders are charged in NZD. The conversion will automatically occur during checkout with PayPal or on your Credit Card.

Refund or Exchange Policy

Faulty goods:

If a product purchased is faulty or damaged, Buyer can notify Crisp Cosmetics New Zealand via email to info@crispcosmetics.co.nz within 3 days of receipt. Please provide your order number along with a picture of the damaged item when you email. In such event, Crisp New Zealand will provide the buyer a replacement product.

Exchange or Change of Mind

Our products are Designed and Tested in New Zealand and Made in under Licence in PRC.

Due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind – Please choose carefully.
